Lower module heats the mobile and discharges the battery

Hi Fairphone people,

I have the next problem: I bouth new lower module few days ago becouse the original module was broken. The new lower module heats the mobile and discharges the battery.

What can I do?

How contact with the technical department?

If you haven’t heard from Fairphone after 3 days I would suggest you give them a call.
