I am looking for a second hand FP3, maybe a FP4 depending on the costs, as it would be a maybe in between phone.
Where would it/they need to be shipped (country or city)?

My partner’s phone is reaching the end end. Some apps won’t work (won’t be allowed to) by the end of March. I thought I would look for a phone, old one, on which I could install a customOS like on mine (FP3 with iodeOS) to give her some more time to look for what she wants.
Maybe you can specify a price range you’re looking for?
Else, have you considered a refurbished phone? Refurbed has the FP4 for about 300€, for example. There are more similar shops around that I did not check. I also don’t know any specifically for NL.
(Yes, they are more likely more expensive than what a private seller would ask. But depending on your expectations and requirements, it might still be an option.)
I had a look at second hand website for private users and refurbished one, indeed the prices are higher than I would want to put in the phone that my partner might not keep in the future.
Though by writing this I realize that I could also resell it after with the upgraded software.
My price would be around €100, I think I can get a FP3 for this range.
Hoi! I have a used FP3 with upgraded FP3+ camera sitting in the drawer (my former backup phone before I purchased FP5). I’m not using it (my son is using my FP4), so willing to sell FP3 for 100 EUR. It has a couple of reserve parts, such as original FP3 camera, and probably a backup battery. I’ll have to look that up. It sports a vegan FP3 case by Anna Treurniet. I assume you got a USB-C power cable, if not I can include one. If you prefer physical transaction I live 30 min from Amsterdam CS, I can ship it with PostNL or DHL as well.
