The spare part for the charging port (the bottom module) is currently not generally available, but only through Fairphone’s Repair Center. So it is questionable if a local Repair Shop could help.
Have you cleaned the USB port with a toothpick or similar? Sometimes dust and tiny hairs pile up inside.
