I’m planning to buy a Fairphone 6 in Spain, but I don’t personally know anyone who already owns a Fairphone.
Would anyone be willing to send me their Keep Club referral link or code by private message? As I understand it, I would receive €50 off and the person referring me would also receive Keep Club points.

Indeed, individual Keep Club online information is unaccessible (for some days actually). You can only see your point balance with a workaround right now (put something in the shopping cart at shop.fairphone.com – this allows you to redeem/view your Keep Club points).
P.S.: I have now reported this to Fairphone Support, request #1467600.

That does not work like that, you need to generate a personal link and asfaik this function is not currently working (a ticket submitted to the support already by a fellow forum member 
but you may contact them directly if you wish)

We’re currently investigating an issue where Keep Club points are not visible for some users. Please rest assured that your earned points are safe and have not been lost.
Eventually, this bug will be fixed. If you need to know how many points you have, you can place a phone or audio product into our checkout and see if you can create a discount code, by selecting the ‘Choose Reward’ drop down box on an order in the checkout. Alternatively, you can always contact us here via email to find out how many points you have.
I’ve checked your account from our side, and I can confirm that your current Keep Club balance is [deleted by myself] points.

Our team is working on resolving the issue as soon as possible, and we really appreciate your patience while we get this fixed.
Is ‘friend’ really meant to extend to every community member and even to everybody able to use a search engine that delivers this link?

After following up with our team, I am happy to inform you that the issue has been resolved. You can now check and view your points in the Keep Club!
As @meaghan noticed yesterday, individual Keep Club account information should be back for everyone (i.e. customers from Fairphone Europe, the US version of the Keep Club is still come).
