Hi,
to pick-up orders from Lockers, Amazon app is required now. But when I start the picking-up guided process, it seems that the app cannot see of the Location Services (GPS) permissions: an error message that asks to turn the GPS on is shown, even though the GPS is already on.
I turned all the permissions on, but it doesn’t work… and I can’t get the stuff from the Locker, of course.
What can I do?
Go to the app Settings. (Not the app from Amazon)
Go to Location
See if Location is on
See if the app Amazon has the right to use Location.
Hi, thank you for replying.
You see that GPS is On:
And Amazon App has the rights:
And all the GPS rights are enabled in the App settings, too:
So I don’t know what else to do. It seems that there is a bad communication between Fairphone’s GPS and Amazon app…
It’s not uncommon for error messages to be wrong or misleading.
The app may need a permission to see nearby devices over Bluetooth.
Go to
Settings > Apps > Amazon > Permissions
and make sure all requested permissions have been granted.
Also, make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
Otherwise you’ll have to get in touch with Amazon.
…In the end, I had to lay on my friend’s Redmi…
