You can get the apk when you download the recovery file http://storage.googleapis.com/update-v1_6/FP1_Fairphone_OS_v1_6_OTA_2014-07-31.zip, expand the zip file and get the apk (MagicSmokeWallpapers.apk).
This is a good way to get also other apps which were accidently deleteted.
