LED lighten if power is on without battery inside?

Hi,

I am at point 3 of this instructions to “reset” my battery (FP1).

But should the LED shine at this point? Or is something wrong with my power connection? But there should be no problems…

At FP they told me that the battery has its own software inside, which sometimes needs to be reset.
Battery-Software Reset/Recalibration:

  1. Use the battery up until it is below 0% (until the phone dies).
  2. Take the battery out of the phone.
    3. Plug your charger into the phone (still without battery). [Wait a few minutes]
  3. Insert your battery. (This will give the battery a kick)

Mine doesn’t light without the battery.

But now I am loading the battery and the lamp is on.

… 33% … waiting and waiting … and afterwards the battery works as well es maybe 2 weeks ago? Hopefully…
