I think there is not much information here in this forum that goes beyond the official communication.
Last time it got some attention was when Fairphone offered to partly buy back shares because a large investor sold theirs
A recent question (in German) about opinions on selling shares (next year is 8 years after the funding, i.e. Fairphone might offer to buy back shares) basically went without feedback

Basically nothing is expected to happen with the shares. Unless Fairphone gets bought as a whole. Which is when you’d have to sell, too, if I understand things correctly.
I mean, in principle it’s all in the documents that came along with the investment.
