Can't install open gapps on 18.10.0 (FP open)

Hi all Nice to get Android 7.1 on FP2. Update goes fine as like in the past, I have the open version. After the installation, I need to install the open gapps for some add-ons. As in the past, I download the correct nano version, now for ARM/7.1. The app checks the MD5 sum it’s fine. It boots with TWRP and I try to install the downloadet zip file, with or without selected “Zip signature verification”, I get an “Zip signature verification failed!” error.
