Hi everyone!
I was eager to buy a Fairfphone 4 for my company located in Italy but I’m finding it very difficult.
When I type my VAT number in the check-out and invoice page the systems says that it is invalid. I checked online and discovered that my VAT number is legit for European trades.
Can someone maybe hekp?
I think you have to add “IT” in front of the number.

I’ve already written to them and I’m waiting answer. I’ve already tried without the “IT” in front of the number but that’s not the problem. I checked the VAT through the same link that you sent and there it works! That’s why I cannot understand where the problem is.
