Hi all,
with a new (2nd) ESIM in my FF5, first time customer with this provider (spusu.de, using Vodafone as carrier) I’ve very frequently have calls with steady interruptions. Like a perfect rhythm: crystal clear for some seconds, then some seconds nothing - bidirectional, then fine for some seconds, and again and again. Not moving at that time.
Even happens outside of any buildings, with FF5 saying 5G with 5 of 5, optimum, constantly.
Thought at first by experience that only outgoing call to landline other parties are affected, but yesterday I’ve seen this for an outgoing mobile to mobile call. Still have the feeling that only outgoing calls are affected.
Logged a call at spusu - they’re having a surprisingly helpful customer support - but they can’t see any abnormalities, specifically for the affected calls.
I’m from time to time are switching prepaid providers, always ESIM, never had these drop outs before. But previous providers have all been using Telekom/T-Mobile as carrier, so maybe not comparable as maybe related to Vodafone?
Or maybe something completely different? Any hints how to trace/narrow down would be great.
Maybe related to DualSim - not with 2 ESIMs , maybe switching ESIMs has side effects/buggy?
Thanks,
Michael
