I bought my FP6 with e/OS pre-installed and want to switch to Android. I followed the guide, but when unlocking the OEM Enable option, I dont get asked for a code. I checked my internet (wifi) connection and system version/updates multiple times, but there’s just nothing where I cut input that code.
I can enable the option without the code, but as I understood the guide this will cause issues later on - once I am in fastboot mode and type in fastboot flashing unlock nothing happens on the phone.
thats normal in my eyes as e/OS is installed.
what did you read which issues this causes?
what system do you use on your PC?

“If it’s not possible to enter your unlock code, make sure you are connected to the internet and you have updated to the latest software version.”
just this sentence that’s part of the guide, so when there was no code I assumed my problem might be caused by that.
I’m using windows
thats written to unlok when the Fairphone OS is installed, you have e/OS installed so you will not get a code to my knowledge. So when OEM unlock can be enabled without code thats fine, there are no different states of enabled.
