Incompatible Network

FP4 - not working on iD mobile network in UK

New FP4 not working on iD mobile network in UK ( part of the ‘3’ company). After an hour of live chat they tell me the phone is not compatible with their network. Phone stopped making and receiving calls two days ago ! Any advice ( yes, I know - leave them !) Thanks
