I don't receive messages from people with a iPhone.... how come?

Hi I have a Fairphone 6 and I can’t receive messages send by an iPhone. If I use ‘Signal’ there is no problem.But with ‘Berichten”:I can send messages but don’t receive them back.

What to do?

Which kind of messages do you mean? SMS/MMS?

And did you use an iPhone before? If yes your number might still be registered at Apple for iMessage service, which doesn’t work with other phones.
