I can only hear calls on speakerphone, earpiece not working

I am having issues with phone calls, the initial ‘Hello’ is fine with just earpiece and then it cuts out at my end. The person on the other end of the line can hear me fine, but I can’t hear them unless I put them onto speaker phone. Anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?! Thanks

I have a similar Problem, i can only make phone calls on speakerphone, otherwise i can’t hear the other Person and they can’t hear me. According to the microphone Tests both are working fine, as is listening to music. Help!

I also have this problem. Ear speaker has just stopped functioning. FP2 Diagnostic tool doesn’t have any sound coming out at all.

But the person I am speaking to can hear me fine.

Help please!
