The Music app was dropped with this upgrade, see the release notes for Fairphone Open here:
Going by what is written there, I think Fairphone will not include a music app in the future.
For really huge music collections (mine is like 200 GB), I recommend VLC. For much smaller music libraries, other apps are probably more convenient.
