How to turn off / deactivate Voicemail? FP2

Hi all, I’d like to completely deactivate voicemail.

This might sound easy but I just can’t find the option in the Options to actually turn it off.

It then begs the question, is this a question for my network provider, for each Sim card, and not one for here?
