How to switch roms without brick it?

Hey everyone.

I just got my FP6 back from repair. I bricked it when locking flashmod in the process of switching from murena to android.

Where can i find a step by step detailed runbook guide for me to reflash the phone with android without bricking it AGAIN?

I previously successfully installed and booted into android perfectly fine. But when I lock the flash mode thing it gave me a “OS corrupted” and couldn’t do anything else anymore.
