How to set hotspot permanently at 2.4GHz channel with Fairphone 5

I want to connect a Choyong internet radio to the hotspot on my fairphone 5. Unfortunately the Choyong radio can only connect to 2.4GHz Wifi and my Fairphone hotspot always goes to the 5GHz band even after I set in the Hotspot settings on the phone I prefer 2.4GHz. I’m looking for an app that allows me to choose myself a channel in the 2.4GHz band which does not change even when conditions in the 5GHz are better. I already tried out the app Hotspot Channel Setter (in combination with Shizuku) but that does not work. I also tried entering adb commands but without permanent success. Someone here knows how do accomplish this?

Just double checking, this setting makes no difference whatsoever?

The setting will make a difference if the band you select is not too crowded, if it is too crowded it chooses another band. For my application the hotspot should stay in the 2.4GHz-band even it is (a bit) crowded.
