How to return your online purchase?

I bought earbuds in the official site and I have issues with them.
How can I return them and get the money back?
I contacted support and got no answer :frowning:


You have to wait for support. As long as you got the automatic Mail and ticket number, you have proof of contact.

Its a user forum, so we cant speed up anything.
