How to improve video recording on the FP1?

Dear all,

I experience some problems with video recordings on my FP1.

Sometimes the recording gets stuck leading to lags and freezes when using the default camera app.

Is there any way to improve the recording, e.g. by tweaking the camera app or using an alternative?

Moreover, has someone else experienced similar problems?

Are you recording on the internal phone memory or on the external SD card? Maybe your SD is too slow…
