How to Fix “No Mobile Network Connection” (with :exclamation: Symbol and No Reception for Calls and Mobile Data)

  1. Swipe up on the home screen.

  2. Search for apps.

  3. Type “Settings” and select the app.

  4. Navigate to Network and Internet:

    • Click Internet.
    • Press the top-right button (looks like :wrench::arrows_counterclockwise:) to refresh or troubleshoot.

  5. If the issue persists:

    • Return to Network and Internet.
    • Choose SIMs.
    • Disable Mobile Data:
      • Locate “Mobile Data” (found above “Roaming” – which connects to data services when roaming).
      • Turn off Mobile Data, then switch it back on.

  6. If that doesn’t resolve the problem:

    • Enable and disable the “Use SIM” option under SIM settings.

Generally after my phone runs out of battery or I shutdown especially if I take out battery for whatever reason (I have 3 batteries I hard swap between)and then put back in and turn on…then it’s actually fucks my mobile data and can’t text or call until I fix it… Not visual glitch…
