My FP2 is 9 months old and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. Having sent pictures through to the FP team they diagnosed a problem with the bottom module and said they’ll send a refurbished one through once I confirmed the address which I did 10 days ago. I haven’t heard anything since despite a few emails to check in on the status. How long do I need to wait to get the replacement piece? I’m having to borrow a phone which is a short term solution. I don’t want to buy a small interim phone which voids the original point of the FP2 purchase!
If time is of the essence, it’s usually best to call them … #contactsupport has phone numbers.
