I just spent about half a day trying to open my phone without success. I must have watched the Fairphone official youtube video a dozen times. This solution is the only one that actually worked! Thank you!
THIS IS THE ONLY TRICK THAT HELPS! THANKS a LOT!
Just make sure to place your card horizontally; you don’t need to push the phone forward a lot anyway , and otherwise you might damage your card (if its put vertically, the card may benge - if you understand what I mean.
