I would like to buy the same phone for my wife. However, she has hearing aids, which must work properly. Now, after several attempts, restarts and reinstallations of the Bernafon app, the right hearing aid will not connect. This has not been a problem for years with her Samsung 52a. However, this Samsung no longer receives updates, so I want a phone for her that will last longer in terms of updates. Is this Bluetooth connection problem known? Is there a solution in sight?
I don’t know about the app or the hearing aids, so I can only comment on Bluetooth- usually it is straight forward and the devices have blue lights that flash when attempting pairing. Once paired I think it saves the settings for future use.
