Could you check, if you really plugged-in the mic COMPLETELY, as I made a picture in my post above?
As for my headset the mic works, the audio out not good if I plug it in very strong.
If there only 1mm is missing, the mic does not work, but the audio is OK (not perfect). Could you confirm or not?
Do you have a Call-Button? If yes → how sound and mic is behaving if pressed?
