I have been experiencing ghost touches on my Fairphone 6 that I bought two months ago. Random taps, app openings, screen flickering. Touch input happening even when I’m not touching the screen. I have already contacted customer support and can send the phone for repair but I am wondering if I can somehow fix the issue while still keeping my phone. Anyone else experiencing the same?
Hello, just brainstorming here, you could reattach the display or - if possible in your vicinity - contact the Angel nearby and check if swapping the display might help
I assume the CS asked for some trouble shooting?

Do you use a screen protector ? I had issues when the phone was on a table and not held in my hands (unresponsive / ghost touches) but since the december update it totally disappeared. I also enabled screen protector mode in display settings.

Lucky you can restart with volume up and the main button pressed Simultaneously
Hi, I had the same problemen years ago with a FP3. Customer support asked me for a video of the ghost. Then they send me a new display, was easy to replace. That solved the problem.
