Hi i juste bought a fairphone few dans ago, and it seems that i can’t use it when he is charging. Is that normal? Is there a way to change that, in the settings maybe?

No. The normal behaviour would be that you can use your FP2 also while charging. Try it with different chargers or with connecting to the PC and look if that works.
No. It is not intended that you can’t use your FP2 while charging, so there is no switch. A “make phone useless while charging” switch would not make sense as nobody wants such a “feature”.
