As-tu déjà contacté le Support? Actuellement, ils sont très occupés et il faut attendre les réponses, mais je crois que tu as un problème de hardware.
Quand tu agites ton FP2, est-ce que tu écoutes un cliquetis?

Peut-être s’agit d’une antenne pas bien connectée.
Ils échargerant le teléphone et veulent explorer le problème.
