FP6 Touchscreen not working anymore

Hi together,

I recently bought a FP6. I haven’t tested it for long, but it seemed to work fine.
This morning I tried to install /e/os, which also worked without problems, but afterwards the touchscreen was not working anymore.
I then rolled back to the stock os via the official FP guide, but sadly this did not help. The touchscreen is still not working.
Did someone had a similar problem or knows what could help?

It’s under warranty so you should be entitled to a replacement. The screen attaches via a cable, however if you are seeing things on the screen then it won’t be a connector coming off. Plus it is screwed down too.
