Just got my new FP6 and experience issues with sending and receiving mms. I had a similar issue way back with my FP4 - strange thing is that I only have problems interacting with iPhones. Everything works fine with Android-devices.
Maybe someone found the solution to this issue during the past years? It is very frustrating, that it doesn’t work. High hopes for help in this forum

The last MMS providers in Germany are shutting down the service on June 30, 2026. On Android devices, what used an “MMS” is now transmitted it as an RCS message via Google Messages, this appears to be enabled by default on Android. Apparently, this hasn’t been automatically changed or implemented on the iPhone.

Which country and provider arwntou using? I had an issue in Sweden and was wrong MMS proxy in APN settings. Between Androids went via RCS avoiding the issue, with iPhones used MMS (As apple does not allow RCS in Sweden)

I am in Denmark using 3mobil.
I talked to them just earlier today; the guy had never seen the problem before (he hadn’t seen a Fairphone before either). Anywho, he advised me to contact their tech support tomorrow.
I have tried with so many different APN settings. Do you recall what worked for you?
I had issues with hallon (3 network) in Sweden. It was fixed by using the mms proxy that was in hallon website rather than the one automatically provisioned
