I bought a new FP6 a few months ago, on Android. i did all updates.
It has 2 major problems, which might have the same root cause

it often gets unresponsive, or some functions (like bt music to car or agenda) get ‘stuck’. Even the contacts app, the ‘classic’ phone app and gmaps regularly get unresponsive (i did not do a systematic check but possibly every app can get irresponsive). Only solution which works: reboot. this happens several times a day

it reboots spontaneously, on its own, which is a problem because I miss calls, for instance.
anyone experienced something similar?
on the fairphone aftersales service, one asks me to perform a long series of checks myself: I cannot spend all this time to help the debugging, it is completely irrealistic to perform all these tests myself.
… and if I’d check the boxes pretending I’ve done those tests, I’d have to send back my phone for FP to do the aftersales check: also impossible, I need it daily for work.
Any idea how to get around this? I’m stuck with a brand new FP6 which seems to have a major problem, with no way out…
