FP5 in reboot loop after Murena 3.0 update

My Fairphone 5 worked perfectly until the murena 3.0 update last night.
After restart, SIM-PIN and passphrase it opens the home screen for one second, then reboots.
I have not found a solution yet.
I already tried the possible variations in the boot menu including recovery mode , flight mode etc.
Removed battery, SIM, SD.
I would like to avoid factory reset as I am in a remote place with unstable and slow internet connection

Would appreciate some help, thanks in advance!

Murena plans to release a new version 3.0.1 that is addressing the installation issue with 3.0:

Installation of this upcoming version requires connecting the phone to a computer (see linked topic for more).
