FP5 bricked after a factory reset

Hello,

I did a factory reset mainly due to the following issue: Quickstep keeps stopping - Help / Fairphone 5 - Fairphone Community Forum

After the reboot, a known Google account is required. I have only one account and it’s always failing (credentials are working fine). I am now stuck at the FRP lock step.

As it’s a company owned device, I will ask for a replacement. But, I choose Fairphone brand for sustainability reasons and I was not expected to have a bricked phone before even one year of usage.

Hello,

After checking with the IT department, corporate devices are locked by a global admin account after a factory reset. I was able to recover my phone after some specific steps.
