FP4 unable to find wifi networks

In the last week I’ve noticed an unusual and frustrating issue with the network connections on my FP4. Namely, the phone will connect to a known wifi network upon start-up/restarting but after about 15-20 minutes will drop the connection to whatever network it is currently connected to and then seem unable to identify any of the locally available networks, instead defaulting to my mobile network. From the perspective of data this isn’t a huge issue as I have a 40GB 5G plan covering me, but it’s still super annoying as wifi connectivity is a fundamental feature of a smartphone. What’s even more confusing is that my wife also has an FP4 and is not experiencing the same issues that I am.

By way of example, I’m currently sat in my office at work and my windows laptop can identify 6 different wifi networks including the one it’s connected to. Meanwhile, my FP4 has just dropped its connection to my main office network and when I navigate to the phone’s Network and Internet setting page to attempt to reconnect, the FP4 is unable to identify any wifi networks and essentially hangs on “Searching for networks” without actually being able to find any, even though I know several are present. Tapping reset internet/network makes no difference to the issue and the FP4 continues to hang on “Searching for networks”. I have attached a couple of images for reference. Any input or suggestions warmly welcomed.

Likely a hardware problem, possibly related to the antenna.
I advise you to contact FP support.
