For the past few months, unless the rotation is stimulated by the “full screen” button of certain apps or streaming sites (in some cases it works, in others it doesn’t) this doesn’t turn.
I’ve already read the topics where they talk about the sensor taking part of the problem, which if I understand correctly could be the accelerometer, (even from other versions) and tried the ones where there were procedures (including a very long one that talked about the problem as something you could run into after experimenting with custom roms, which I actually did several times) but it brought me nothing but trouble until I managed to go back to the stock FPOS, successfully re-locked the bootloader and left it that way.
If I can’t find an answer here I think I’ll contact official support, but who knows maybe something good will come out of it that will help other people in the future.
No, I’ve never installed Ubuntu Touch that I can remember.
I have done many tests and installed almost all available systems in theory, some of which were unsuccessful.
The procedure I screwed up for is the one mentioned in the first post of this topic:
And no, the system function that generally activates rotation doesn’t help.
