Fp4 lateral buttons not working

Hi.

Many months ago my Fp4 lateral buttons (up,down and the fingerprint button, although the fingerprint sensing part still works properly) stopped working (sometimes they briefly work again).

The A15 update seems to have slightly improved it but hasn’t fixed it, which makes me think it might be a firmware debouncing issue .

I already tried to reach out to consumer support( too many times!) as it is still on the extended warranty but received no response .

Has anyone got the same problem?

You probably figured out workarounds for now, but just in case, here are two I can think of:

Just the same here with my four years old fp4. Looks like it’s a hardware problem. When getting the shipping labels i’ll send it to the repair center…

My recommendation: submit a request

Thank you! But the thing its that I already done that (twice at least) but with no answer.
