FP4 in Colombia (Does it works?)

Hi everyone, I’m planning to buy an FP4 but I’m not sure if this version already has an FCC (registration in the USA) so I can use it in Colombia without problems. Does anyone know? or Is someone using an FP4 in Colombia?
