I have contacted the customer service with this issue however I don’t know when they will reply and I kind of need to get it fixed asap. Maybe someone here encountered the same issue or have any ideas on how to fix it.
My FP4 can’t connect to the network. I have 2 sims (one eSIM, one SIM), and none of them can connect. I tried the SIM in another phone and it works.
When I was connected to a WIFI i could make and receive calls even though the option of calling with the wi-fi was turned OFF (I never turned it ON).
I have tried connected manually (including only 3G/2G), resetting the APN, and the phone is up-to-date.
Anyone has had this problem before? any ideas on how to fix it?
