I agree that it is okay that my order got not shipped within 3 days. Or as you say instantly. It’s okay that it eventually took 2 months. But it is not okay for me if i didn’t get a message. The customer support says that i didn’t receive the delay message. Maybe they should display this at there website. Whe i log myself in to check my order.
I see it in a similar way. Still disappointed from my ISP or whoever that I need to wait approx. 2 months when they initially say 2-3 days (don’t remeber exactly, but it was something in that range).
I checked my order today. And the status changed from order confirmed to preparing order. So i’m awaiting the shipment. And again i didn’t get any email about the change. My order number starts with FP300xxxxxx. I ordered the phone with a cable and a charger on 5th of november. I hope i get it before christmas.
I ordered my FP3 (with cable and charger) on October 30th and then the indication was that my order would be delivered mid November. Yesterday evening I got a message saying my phone would be delivered today! (I live in the Netherlands btw).
