@urs_lesse Danke, der Tip war gut! Ich bekam zwar eine Mail, dass meine Email schon einen Account hat und daher kein neuer angelegt werden konnte, aber ich konnte dann einen Passwortwechsel machen und habe immerhin jetzt Zugang zu meinem Support-Ticket LG DonFnord
