FP2 not charging with USB mode "charging"

Just found this one:

USB file access (MTP) not longer working after upgrade

I have a similar thing happening to my phone at work. When I plug it in to the USB port the computer nor the phone does anything, not even charging. To get it to work I have to deactivate and reactivate USB Debugging in the developer menu. After that it works just fine. No idea why it is doing that.

Could this be a bug?
