Hi fellows!
My FP’s mic does not work and so does the jack for headphones, which seems to be too different problems not connected to each other though they somehow happened in more or less the same time. Any ideas where to start the repair? can the mic be replaced, or what the process would be?

I’d suggest you try Fairphone’s Troubleshooting Tool (click at the blue words). Your FP2 includes a basic self-diagnosing tool (Settings > Maintenance > Checkup), but the Troubleshooting Tool will provide more things you can try to figure out the problem and (perhaps) solutions. If nothing helps, it will also lead you to a pre-formulated Support request.
