Fairphone 6+ with e/os. Sensor never finishes authenticating (clean right out of the box) and the slider never works when programed. Is this a settings or software or hardware problem?

Suppose you tried with registering your finger again and maybe even trying it with another finger?

Ok, if that also didn’t work then it sounds like a HW problem and I’d recommend to contact Fairphone support.
