FF3 cannot load android system

Hi everyone,

my FF3 shows won’t start and shows me only two opitons.

try again or factory data reset (which I really want to avoid).

Hi and welcome to the community, should you use an SD card take it out and try again.

thanks :). I use a SD, removed it but the problem still exists.

if repeated attempts to “try again” do not help nor taking out the SD card, you can try if taking out the SIM card(s) makes any difference. Did anything else happen before this ocurred, like updates etc? Can you post the build number of the system (should be mentioned in the yellow letters you currently see)? Do you happen to know how your SD card is formatted? Internal or portable/external?

Hi, I have the same issue. I removed both sim cards as well as the sd card, but nothing changes.

I opened the recovery.log. I don’t know what to look for, but found: Failed to find/open a drm device. No such file or directory.
