I bought a fairphone 2 for my daughters birthday and the phone has several flaws. My daughter filled in the form online to request help from the fairphone customer service a couple of weeks ago and never got an answer. Does anybody know how to contact fairphone via E-Mail? Do they normally answer? Or do they just sell phones and not care for their customers? This wouldn’t be fair…
