I had the exact same issue before, and still am not quite sure why and how this worked or not.
I had the same issue and removing a dozen addresses (that I don’t know why were there) solved the issue. I could place the order.

Had a similar issue with the Fairphone webshop getting stuck at the address page. After reading the forum’s advice to delete extra addresses, I managed to complete my order successfully. Thanks for the tip!
I removed all the addresses - sadly it still doesn’t work. ![]()
Update: I also had to update my invoice address. And by now I guess it could have something to do with umlauts, since I wasn’t able to enter the umlaut that is part of my address.
Bonjour, c’est pareil pour moi : depuis des semaines j’essaie encore et encore de commander d’arriver enfin au paiement mais en permanence bloquée sur la page de livraison où effectivement chaque fois que je clique sur “suivante” au lieu d’arriver au paiement ayant choisi mon point de livraison, je reviens sur la même page avec une adresse de livraison rajoutée à chque fois et je ne peux jamais commander ma batterie et mon câble sachant qu’il charge difficilement, une fois sur 3 et encore… Merci pour vos réponses. @Alon_Brandt, I can only guess how busy you are this week, but still wanted to draw your attention to issues reported on the forum (and Reddit) that some people had when trying to purchase an item from the FP webshop. For some it seems that deleting the addresses or purchasing as a guest might have worked.
With the launch advertised for tomorrow, we might be expecting a higher interest in the shop and some potential customers might find it discouraging.

Also tried to tell them twice, not sure someone is listening, if not the road after the launch today could be a very bumpy one also for us here in the forum.
[EDIT] I was able to complete the purchase by checking out as a guest, without logging into my account.

I’ve been trying to purchase a replacement bottom module for my Fairphone, but I can’t complete the checkout process. The issue happens on the checkout page: after filling in the form fields and clicking “Save”, the page simply reloads and all the fields are empty again — as if nothing was saved.
I’ve tested this across different browsers and operating systems:
The result is always the same.
I submitted a support ticket several weeks ago, but haven’t received any response. Is anyone else experiencing this problem when trying to buy something from the store? Do you know if the Fairphone team is aware of it or if there’s any workaround?

i try to purchase a screen for my fairphone 4 but it seems impossible to check out. I have to fill indefinitely my address with “Save” button below and it keeps coming back. I tried on Chrome / Edge / Firefox, PC, smartphone and iphone… nothing changes. Even on MyFairphone App the button checkout doesn’t work. Anyone with the same issue ?

Is anyone else having trouble shopping at shop.fairphone.com? I’m trying to order a battery.
When I get to the checkout page I enter my address, click next, select a delivery option (pickup point or at home), press next again, only to be redirected back to the address form again. I can repeat this forever… There doesn’t seem to be a way to get out of this loop and proceed to the payment page.
I am quite sure every field is filled in correctly, and there are no errors shown.
I also tried different browsers, on my phone and on a Windows laptop, in a private window, and also in a window where all cookies and trackers are allowed. I disabled all plugins.
I contacted support already, and got some basic suggestions (clear cache, try another browser, …), but no solution yet.
Wow, that site has room for improvement

During the checkout process, the invoice address was shown correctly, but when I opened the address book, some field were blank. Filling everything solved it, so thanks Meaghan!

Hello. I just created a FP shop account and had a really painful experience to complete my purchase.
shop.fairphone.com/my/home , the icon points to shop.fairphone.com/my/home#{fairphone_base_url}/my . This is obviously some bug of the website as the fairphone_base_url variable reference is:
