Hi everyone, since the weekend I have trouble with my in-earphones from fairphone. Today the left earphone seems to be dead, it’s not really blinking. The right one seems oki, but can’t be found by my fairphone any more. I already reseted the earphones by holding the button of the case till the lights are blinking. Do you have any idea, how I can check the problems with my earphones? The two-year warranty is exactly 4 weeks away..
Oki, several time resetting the earphones helped. Now both are connected and work:) I resetted like 5 times and tested every time.
I had the problem that the right earphone was not blinking and loading anymore. Maybe try to clean the contacts with a cotton stick and alcohol. After 2 month without charging the earphone worked again but for maybe 30 minutes only, without voice-through or ANC.
Thanks for your help! Resetting the earphones several times helped. I also pushed the left earphone down in the case and then it started blinking. Maybe cleaning is an option too!
