I am trying to pair my FP6 to my hearing aids using the Bemore app.
The hearing aids are “DanaLogic GN” and are standard NHS UK issue behind the ear, battery powered aids. Bemore is the recommended app to control these hearing aids.
I work through the pairing process restarting the hearing aids. The Bemore app finds the aids and says “connecting”. It then waits for approximately 1 minute. It then says “Accept pairing request”. However, there is no dialog or notification that allows me to accept a pairing request.
I have tried pressing the home button, and pulling down the notification bar to see if there is a dialogue or notification hidden, but I cannot see any.
The phone recently updated from eos 3.7. To eos 4. Pairing my hearing aids worked in 3.7.
I can pair the phone to my car and also to shockz earbuds.
I have also tried to pair my hearing aids via the native Android Bluetooth “Pair new device” technique.
The aids appear in the new device list, however, after a few seconds they disappear and pairing is not possiblle.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Does anyone know of or can suggest a possible fix?
