Hello, I tried opening a support ticket but have had no reply in a couple weeks.
My usbc module needs to be replaced but I leave in Canada and can’t figure out where to get one.
Can anyone offer assistance?

You don’t happen to be in a position where someone near the border could help, do you?
Update: Much to my own surprise, it seems like Murena now ships spare parts to Canada:
https://murena.com/america/products/spare-parts/?wcpbc-manual-country=CA
Quite expensive though, even before shipping/import fees/customs.
I can order it to me and send it to you from Germany with DHL. With insurance and tracking its 26,49€. Would have to check where the module is available at the moment. Else is the ifixit store an option maybe? Dont know if they ship e.g. from UK to CA? It seems vireo in Germany (who ship worldwide) dont have it in stock.
Edit: I think overall its not much cheaper to order via a middleman than to order ag Murenas store and I would hope ordering with Murena is the faster option..
Oh awesome! Good to know, not sure the last I checked but thought they were just to EU. Shipping and everything is ~$80 Canadian, high but not bad
I appreciate the offer and barring simpler options like the murena solution above I’d probably take you up on that.
IFixit would’ve been my choice over Murena but I can’t seem to find spare parts for FP on iFixit store.
I’d prefer iFixit because I’m suspicious that Murena and eOS are the culprits of this malfunction and hesitant about purchasing from they’re supply line: My fairphone 6 died suddenly - #142 by vittorio_il_drugo
My problem isn’t related to this, but I had tried using wired headphones with a usbc adapter. Unfortunately no matter what adapter (90 degree or straight) I always found there was excessive leverage applied to the port and now my charging cable and phone need to lay still else the connection rapidly disconnects and reconnects.
I really wish the FP6 had a 3.5mm jack, only thing I’d change otherwise am very happy. Had me considering buying an old school mp3 player for playback.
Final edit: switching iFixit store location from canada to uk shows FP6 parts.
